“Minerals are to the body as air is to humans.” To keep the body clean and functioning at an optimal level, we must make sure that we are laying a healthy foundation.  This is like building a house from the base up, Many people build their “houses” from the roof down, then wonder why all of their expensive supplements and treatments do not work.  All too often people detox and strip away what little mineral balance they have (see Senate document 264).  By nourishing the body and balancing it beforehand, a detox becomes a useful tool to our health, rather than a tool for further degeneration of our health.        

Nourishing Program Using – Concentrace:

▀ Minerals are CRUCIAL for absorption, assimilation, and regulation of the body in all systems of nutrients.

▀ Water, water, water!!!!!!  Work up to drinking half your body   weight (in ounces).   For instance if an individual weighs 130 lbs., then  drink 65 ounces of water a day. 

•   Add the Concentrace® Trace Minerals drops to, preferably, water; however, they can be added to whatever the individual is comfortable with to help them achieve their dosage. 
•     Begin with ten drops a day for the first five days.  
•   On day six and on, increase the amount by 10 drop increments each day until you experience your own bowel tolerance. 
•   Once you reach bowel tolerance, continue with that amount for one to three days, depending on your health circumstances.  This preliminarily prepares the body by flushing the system.
•   After the few days of flushing with the Concentrace, and to improve control of their bowels, reduce the amount of Concentrace by 10 drops- this should bring you to a comfortable and controllable bowel regulation. 
•    At this point, note the exact number of drops it took to reach a regulated bowel.  This is the amount to continue taking on a daily basis. 
•  This is like adding a perfect food base or foundation from a mineral standpoint to their health. 

■ After the process above, continue by adding a high-quality multi- vitamin.   Liquid is better absorbed than tablets.  Taking digestive/anti-inflammatory enzymes (see pharmacist) will help enhance the cleaning process.  Do this for several weeks, before doing anything else.

▀After the foundation is built, we use Probiotics, Wobenzyme, a good comprehensive multimineral, and Glutathione, and R-Lipoic Acid. ( Only palmitated or acetylated)

NOTE:

• One tablet of trace minerals equals about 13 drops.  Dose- one daily, increase by 1 tablet daily to bowel tolerance.
• For children who are constipated-dose is body weight in pounds divided by 5.  Each 5 lbs equals 1 drop Concentrace®.  May be put in anything the child will eat or drink-i.e. soup, juices, water, etc.

▀ Concentrace® minerals may be used topically.  Start with a 60:40 blend, minerals to water and gradually increase to 90:10 blend, minerals to water.  One might feel a “hot” stinging at first which goes away after the 2nd and 3rd applications.

▀ The minerals may be sprayed on skin for topical treatment of rash, cuts, etc.

▀ Concentrace® may be used in bulk powders to the bath water as a detox-1/8 cup in hot water for 30 minute soak.  It is helpful to combine pure magnesium flakes and celtic sea salt crystals to the minerals for a safe, inexpensive detox.  (Available at Murray Avenue Apothecary)

▀Then from this time forward, add whatever your health requires.  Keep in mind that the  amount of Concentrace may differ from time to time due to health issues that may arise.  The individual should also not be surprised that over time they may need to decrease the number of drops they take.  This is perfectly normal.  As the body becomes more balanced, the amount of Concentrace needed will also decrease.  The big indicator for where their body is at is: bowel tolerance.  Now, that the body has been sufficiently prepared to go through a detox program no matter how in depth the cleanse.  By preparing the body beforehand, you should experience a healthier cleanse.  You should feel better and have more energy by following these steps prior to your detox.
